    Small-sized squid, also known as “Spillo”.

    The convenience of Don Gambero’s “Ready to Use”: thawing the product will only take about ten minutes in cold water, after which it is sufficient to take out the squid, which will have retained all its freshness.

    Like all Don Gambero products, freshly caught, it is blast-chilled in certified fishing boat laboratories with a very high heat shock: processing is done quickly without rinsing or glazing to maintain all the freshness of the product.
