    Description

    20/25 pcs. – 1 kg

The langoustines are blast chilled with a very high heat shock: processing is done quickly. To preserve the integrity of antennae and claws, scampi are frozen on board in water.

    What makes Mediterranean scampi special?

Scampi are among the most beloved crustaceans because their white, delicate and soft meat goes perfectly with many types of preparations. They are distinguished from shrimp by the presence of two particularly developed front claws.
