What makes Mediterranean Mixed Fish special?
The selection of the best fish frozen in IQF (individually) and caught according to seasonality, a true feast of the Sicilian Channel, a mix of fish ideal for stir-fries and soups: red prawn tails, pink shrimp tails, boneless anchovy fillets, baby squid and cuttlefish.
Method of thawing and use: thaw the product in the refrigerator the thawed product should not be refrozen and should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours
