What makes the Mazara Red Prawn special?
The Sicilian Red Prawn lives at a depth of about 700 meters, where strong sea currents help make the pulp firm and the high evaporations that the Mediterranean Sea undergoes in the warm season enrich the prawn with mineral salts, giving unmistakable flavor.
