    What makes Mediterranean gobbetto shrimps special?

    Known as the blue-egg shrimp, the Gobbetto lives fished mainly in the Sicilian Channel. It lives in deep, muddy bottoms. The meat is sweet and firm while the blue eggs have a delicate flavor.
